Welcome to Sejal Homestay. By booking a stay with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking and Payment

• Reservation Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once we receive your payment. You may book through our website or by contacting us directly at +91-7018034602.

• Payment Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards, online transfers, and cash payments.

• Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon check-in.

2. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in Time: 12 PM

• Check-out Time: 10 AM

• Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Identification: All guests are required to present a valid government ID upon check-in.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date for a full refund of the advance payment.

• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.

• No Show: In case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.

• Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.

4. Room Occupancy

• Maximum Occupancy: The room occupancy limits are strictly enforced as per the room type booked. Extra guests may incur additional charges.

• Children: Children are welcome. Extra bedding is available upon request for an additional charge.

5. Pets

• No Pets Policy: For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed on the premises.

6. House Rules

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. Designated smoking areas are provided.

• Noise Policy: We request that guests respect the comfort of others by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.

• Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.

7. Wi-Fi and Internet

• Free Wi-Fi: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available for all guests. However, Sejal Homestay is not responsible for any disruptions to the service.

8. Parking

• Parking: Free parking is available, but space is limited. Please reserve your parking spot in advance.

9. Liability

• Personal Belongings: Sejal Homestay is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings during your stay.

• Accidents/Injuries: We shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises.

10. Privacy

• Guest Information: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected will only be used for the purpose of your stay and will not be shared with third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

• Modifications: Sejal Homestay reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all bookings made after the date of publication.
